Creative Cafés: social, local, self-care

In March of 2021, I began organizing regular, live meetups for myself and other creative makers, crafters, and artists to find new friends, connect more deeply with their community, (re-)invigorate a crafting / creative practice, and to slow down for themselves.

Below are some active / upcoming Creative Café events, and near the bottom of this page are FAQs with information and tips for anyone interested in attending an existing event or starting their own.

☕️ Creative Café Wedding

A diverse collection of 6–14 women has been meeting in a café every Tuesday evening since March 2021. (Accessible by Train: U6 & U9 Tram: M13, M50 & Bus: 106, 120, 142, 147, 221, 247, 327, N6, N9, N20, & N26.)

🏳️‍🌈 Queer Crafting Berlin

It’s my dream to have a regular crafting meetup with other queers, so please reach out if you’re interested or if you know of a queer space with bright lighting, comfy seating, and sweet & savory snack options.

Creative Cafés are meant to be consistent, casual, physically and financially accessible, local—and most importantly—social, making them easy to organize, maintain, and grow organically.
